We ship from 24 warehouses within the Continental US which provides fast, economical delivery. All orders are dispatched from our main location in Staten Island, NY.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
25% Restocking Fee plus OUR OUTBOUND SHIPPING charges on all returns within 14 days only. If you received free shipping on a product you wish to return, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from the credit amount. Returns are accepted with authorization only. No returns after 14 days from invoice date. Your return must be back to its origination no later that 14 days from the invoice date. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return must be accompanied by original packaging, must not be used, and must have all parts, manuals and warranty cards. If we receive a return otherwise, we will assume the product is used and refund between 10-25% of the purchase price less the outbound shipping charges.

If you believe an item is received defective--you must notify Twin Supply Inc. in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt.

NO RETURNS ON PARTY SUPPLIES & NEW YEARS PARTY SUPPLIES

Twin Supply Inc. is not responsible for damage due to shipping. A claim must be filed with the carrier --by the purchaser. We will be happy to assist you with the claim.

General Return Policy Notes

	All dates are form the date of the invoice.
	We will not accept for credit the return of merchandise unless authorized by Twin Supply Inc.
	Defective merchandise which is under manufacturer's warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
	Please DO NOT ship returns freight collect, the warehouse will refuse these shipments.
	NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS. Special Order are those drop shipped from the manufacturer which are not part of Twin Supply Inc.'s regular inventory.
	If you REFUSE, or choose not NOT-ACCEPT and order you have placed and it is returned to us or the Manufacturer--a 25% restocking charge, plus freight amount to ship to you and freight amount for the return will be deducted from any credit due to you. This process can take up to 45 days to complete.
